The Firm
The Study SBC – CAVO AND ASSOCIATED ROAD was born in 1992 from the union of three professional studios, Studio Borghetti, Studio Cavo and Studio Strada, the latter present in Genoa since 1947.
The founding members were Dr. Giancarlo Strada and Dr. Sergio Strada, who died in 2006, Dr. Ettore Cavo, who died in 2011, Dr. Domenico Borghetti, who ceased his activity in 2017.
With a view to constant expansion and in order to improve the service provided to the Customers, in the following years the founders first associated Dr. Paola Sigori and Dr. Claudia Manella, then Dr. Alessandra Delfino then Dr. Francesca De Gregori, Dr. Francesca Asquasciati and finally Dr. Federico Strada. Further expansions of the associative structure to reward and stimulate young professionals who have worked with the study for many years are also under study.
The Firm, which currently consists of 7 members and 17 between professionals, employees and employees, deals directly with corporate, corporate, tax and contractual advice, legal control of the accounts, as well as consulting in extraordinary finance and M&A operations, consulting in the matter of trust, preparing business plans, and business plans, evaluating companies and investments, consulting in the preparation of plans for the feasibility of investment and fiscal planning even internationally.
In order to maintain the focus of the Firm’s activity on professional performance with a high consulting content aimed at guaranteeing the highest value added to customers and optimising the professional services offered to customers, the Studio has established a company that carries out administrative services and data processing services, the CENTRE SERVICES AND RESEARCH Srl.
Moreover, in order to guarantee to its Clientela an assistance of quality more and more oriented to the satisfaction of all its needs, since 2019 the Studio has decided to expand the range of services offered also to the consultancy of the job and in this regard has established with Dr. Leonardo Rossi a company that provides services of job consulting and processing pay. The RED AND SBC stpsrl managed by Dr. Leonardo Rossi, Consultant of the work since 2000, with whom the study has collaborated for many years with full satisfaction.

On the international front, the firm is partner of PRIMEGLOBAL, of which he has been among the promoters, international association of independent professionals, composed of over 300 studies present in 85 countries both in Europe and in America (North, Central and the South), both in Canada, Africa and Asia, united by the desire to share their professional experiences and to create synergies in order to make available to its customers a professional network able to guarantee in each country assistance characterized by a personalized approach, a homogeneous quality of performance and organizations and a deep knowledge of local and international standards.
