He has been and is still mayor of several capital companies, also listed, accruing a significant experience within the financial intermediaries. Responsible for the focus team on the crisis of enterprise and financial advisory, he has collaborated with the Court of Genoa for many years as a Technical Consultant of the Office, Judicial Commissioner and Falling Curator.

It also carries out corporate consultancy and two tax and accounting agencies. He is responsible for the area of tax litigation, where he has gained significant experience. He works as Mayor in several industrial and commercial companies, particularly in the real estate and construction sector. He collaborates with the Court of Genoa as a Career and Technical Consultant of the Office.

He deals mainly with corporate and tax advice, including international, towards legal persons and natural persons in direct and indirect taxes and extraordinary transactions. Its expertise also extends to consultancy and assistance to innovative start-ups with support for the definition of the business model and assistance in the demand for benefits and funding at European level. It is enrolled in the Elenco of the first level controllers for the certification of the expenses incurred on the projects financed by the E.E. and collaborates with the Court of Genoa as a Professional delegate to the sales in the real estate executions. He holds the office of mayor in capital companies.
